Shelter
For homeless individuals and families, the Guided Path Shelter offers
a 3 to 30 day stay in a five-room facility. Each household has a private
room, but shares the kitchen, living area and rest rooms with the other
residents. Case Management services are available while at the Shelter.
Transitional Housing
A two-year residential program offers families a step-by step "Guided
Path" to independence and self-sufficiency. While paying 30% of their
income for rent, enrollees work on an individualized plan, which leads
to education, employment and self-determination.
