At the heart of WGAP is its Governing Board of Directors – a
dedicated group of community representatives. Per Community Action guidelines, WGAP is governed by a tri-partite board. This means that 1/3 of the board is public/elected officials, 1/3 are democratically selected low-income representatives, and 1/3 are community members.
With the Board’s support, guidance, and direction, WGAP maintains its responsiveness to the diverse communities we serve. WGAP board meetings are open to the public. The WGAP board meets the fourth Thursday of every month (except for November and December), at 4 pm, in our Bingen office.
